I'm still running 10.6 on my mbp and macmini (just because I love it, am used to it, and have read mixed reviews about Lion), but I'm wondering if it's now finally possible (with Lion) to view images and videos on a tv connected to an Apple computer (to my macmini for me) from my iphone (or my mbp for that matter?!)?
If so, why not? Is it a complicated technical matter, or just Apple wanting to sell AppleTv?

There is Air Server that is suppose to work under Lion using your iOS device.

Ooh! That doesn't look bad.. Thanks!
But it seems it only streams from a device with airplay already..
Any way to install airplay (or equivalent) onto my mbp and stream from there to my macmini? That would be nice..

So, any way to install airplay or its equivalent on a mbp to stream to air server or Apple Tv?
