Airplay Icon missing in IiTunes

I haven't played anything through my wireless speakers for a while but wanted to Today. I have the latest version of iTunes (12.1.2) on my iMac, running Yosemite & now the Airplay icon is missing. The Main Icon at the top only gives the choice of Apple TV. My iPads see the wireless speakers fine

Anyone know if this is a permanent change for iTunes on Yosemite?

Airplay

Turn on the Airplay speaker first.. it will then show up in iTunes and in System Prefs > Sound.
