AirPlay in Safari

I have 14P running iOS 16.1. One thing that I believe used to work before 16.1 was to AirPlay a video playing in Safari on my TV. Now with 16.1, I am not able to do that any more (no AirPlay icon in the player). Was it working just my imagination/bad memory, or is it a real feature change in 16.1?
