Hi everybody,
I'm having issues with my Airplay connection just from my 15" MacBook Pro Retina.
It all started about 3/4 weeks ago when I tried streaming to my Apple TV, it seemed the video would cut out entirely if the MacBooks display turned off, even though the Mac is still running.
I noticed it again about a week ago when streaming to my Airport Express, the audio would quite often cut out especially if the display turned off.
The issue was today when I was listening to some good old Bohemian Rhapsody, and it cut out 3 times during the track.
This issue, just to point out, is only with my Mac. My iPhone, my partners iPhone and even as a tester, my mum and dad's iPhones all seem to stream to both the Apple TV and the Airport Express perfectly fine. (Two iPhone 6, one 5S and an SE)
Is it an El Capitan thing or an iTunes thing? Has anyone else come across this and or found any fixes? All I could find on google was Airplay to Apple TV issues, none with Airport Express.
Cheers,
Will
