AirPlay Keeps Turning On?

My watch keeps saying airplay is on (icon is blue), and won't let me turn it off.
What is airplay? Does it affect my battery life? How do I disable it?

I turn off my watch and turn it back on again, and airplay is off. I check a bit later, and its back on!?

I've never been able to switch it on! I've not seen anyone document its use either.

I posted a thread on this the other day. The same thing happened to me and I found out because my battery was draining faster than usual. The only way I got it to turn off was to restart the Apple Watch. It's got to be a bug related to os2 latest update. I've had this happen twice since the latest update.
