AirPlay killing internet

Whenever I AirPlay stuff from my mac to my sonos one, after a few mins the internet on the mac dies. I have to unplug the ethernet adapter and plug it back in to get it working again. Any ideas how to fix this? Running 11.2, also had this issue on 11.1
