Airplay not in control center (iOS 7), but show in iTunes

I just bought a new receiver with the airplay function and it works great from iTunes on my mac, but it will NOT work with any of my 4 iOS devices! The receiver is a Harmon Kardon 1710 and connected to my network through an ethernet cord. I am using a time capsule (airport extreme) as my router on 2.4ghz and 5ghz. I have restored/reseted every device, and it still does not show on any of my iOS devices, but works like a charm from macbook. Could a setting on my iOS devices prevent airplay from working? I have searched and searched and have not come across any solutions.
