Airplay not on iPhone4

I have the newest iOs update and for some reason I still don't have the Airplay icon showing up in YouTube, iTunes store and anywhere else you can play movies on my iPhone 4. Here is a picture maybe someone knows what to do... Also restarted my iPhone 4, reconnected to Wi-Fi, etc etc. Any help would be appreciated.

You have to have an Airplay receiving device on the network before the Airplay icon will show up. Devices currently include an Apple TV 2G and Airport Express.

Ah, well then I guess I won't be using AirPlayer anytime soon.
