Airplay not showing up

Hi all,

So tonight i went out and bought the sony str dn1030 reciever. One of the main reasons i got it was so i could airplay when i want to. However, for some reason i cant get the airplay symbol to show up on the iphone. Both the reciever and my iphone are on the same network. I have tried the sony support page to no avail. What could be the problem?
