Airplay on iPod not on iPhone

Hi
On my iPod I have the airplay function next to the forward button but i dont have it on my iPhone? Is there anything i forgot to activate?

My bad...my wifi was deactivated. Now it works.

Airplay disappeared on my iPhone 4 (Verizon). Didn't disable wifi. Strange it just wasn't there one day. A Google search show it is a kind of common thing and no real workaround other than restarting the phone.
