Got an Apple TV 2, iPhone 4 fully updated as of today.

Videos on my device AirPlay fine, but some websites though although show the AirPlay button and allow me to chose apple TV, but only the sound is played not the video, the picture still shows on my iPhone.

Am I doing something wrong? I've restarted both units but no-good.

Anybody?

In iOS 4, websites have to specifically enable AirPlay of video with a tag. If they don't include that (and most don't), then you only get the option to stream Audio.

This has changed in iOS 5 and the default is now to enable audio and video unless specifically blocked by the site.

You can tell if Video Airplay is enabled for a video by the icon displayed when selecting the device: If it looks like a screen, then video will play; if it looks like a speaker, then only audio will play

Yeh the icon is the same I have for the video from a video actually on my iPhone that's what I can't understand though.

So take it just "doesn't work" then....pity
