iPad AirPlay screen mirroring from 12.9" iPad Pro on 13.3 broken?

Is anyone able to test AirPlay screen mirroring to Apple TV on a 12.9" iPad Pro (3rd gen) with iPadOS 13.3? Is it broken? Mine stopped showing the screen but still plays audio fine. Very strange as it worked fine before on 13.2.3.
