Airplay settings default help

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can give me a bit of help.
I have the latest Mac Mini running the latest OS and the query I have relates to Airplay settings.
I mirror to my Smart TV via HDMI and I Airplay to my TV downstairs.
Whenever I use Airplay constantly have to mess around with the settings depending on which TV I wish to use.
Is there a way to set them permanently so that I don’t have to change settings each time?
