Airplay Speaker Volume

Hello

Hope can get some help on this. I have a Bowers & Wilkins A5 which I send my iphone audio
to via airplay.
Problem Im having is even at the very lowest volume increment the volume is way too loud
for listening in evening/night time and is limiting my ability to use it.
Is there a way to have more finite control over lower volumes or reduce overall volume in some
way?
Any help much appreciated.
