Airplay without mirroring

Just updated to ios11. How do I do airplay without mirroring? I used to just swipe up on the control center, then swipe right, then select the device.

This is especially useful when you just want to send audio in the background to a device.

In control center, you 3D Touch or long press on the square with the media controls. Then you will see the Airplay button there.

I agree. It should at least be in the expanded version of the volume slider.

Yes. Cons = need a more expensive device to cast to (AppleTV). Pros = better at everything.
