Airplay

hi
as u know that apple tv has a ios reciever which helps for airplay
but on the iphone ipod ipad does it have airplay by software or hard ware???
i need to know this because i success fully made ios run on galaxy s2
here where i found out http://code.google.com/p/bootdroid/ and ajusted the screen using iphone browser

Airplay is software based on both the Apple TV and iDevice, there is no 'ios receiver' in the apple TV.
