Airplayed web videos just sit at loading wheel

They play when I go to screen mirroring mode but don’t when I go full screen. iPhone is an 8 Plus up to date and TV is the one before the Apple TV 4K and also up to date.
 
Can you post a link to the content for us (me) to try? Some content doesn't play nice with AirPlay.
