AirPly 2 question

Hello, I would like to buy a new amp receiver 4k to watch movies that would replace my old one. I’ve seen one with AirPlay 2 capability. Can I play anything from my iPhone and it would play to the receiver? Example: iphone music app, spotify. Just checking if this would work with any app or only reserved to standard Apple apps

You want one 5hat play at least 5.1 surround, have the latest HDMI spec ports as well as Bluetooth 5 and more that 2 HDMI ports that support the latest spec!
