AirPod issues

Hey guys. I’ve been having terrible Bluetooth connection with my AirPods ever since I’ve gotten it in January. Every so often I’d experience horrible Bluetooth connection with my phone. I’d be at the gym and if I put my hand over my phone, the Bluetooth would cut out in my AirPods. If I put my phone in my front pocket and my arm goes in between the Airpods and phone, it will cut out (such as walking or doing exercises).

*both* cut out. Not just one.

I’ve noticed with my Apple Watch that I can have my phone charging in my house while I wash my car outside and my watch will still be connected to my phone, so I’m convinced it’s the AirPods.


Also nobody I know has the same issue as me who own them.


Does Apple give you a new pair during the warranty period, or do they replace the just the AirPods and not the charging case? I think I plan on selling them anyway since a new pair may be released.

I haven't had this issue at all but I would think if you could recreate it at the Apple Store they would easily replace them. IMO.
