I'm getting a pair for my birthday this week, and would love to run outside with them. Does anyone do this, or is the fit to loose?

Do it everyday. Also bike with them. Never had them fall out once. Occasionally, I will feel like it's loose and go to readjust, but it's already snug. EarPods fall out on me all the time, but for whatever reason (I'd assume it's the lack of cable weight pulling down) my AirPods never fall out.

Great, glad to hear it. Thanks. I just saw that the wait is still 6 weeks out for AirPods too, yikes. I guess I'll be waiting a while.

You can order from AT&T and they will ship right now. Family member just ordered from them online on Sunday and received them yesterday, and you do not have to be wireless customer with them.

They are currently in stock. https://www.att.com/audio/apple-airpods.html

2 things...

1) I ordered from att.com on Wednesday afternoon and they were in my hands on Saturday.

2) I just went on a 3.5 mile run in 90 degree weather, so I was definitely quite sweaty, and the airpods didn't even budge the whole time. Felt very secure.

I run with them and use both spigen and earskinz at different times. Both work well, are easy to get on and off and eliminate any worry of losing them.

But what about sweat? Since they are not labeled as sweat or water resistant, I'm kinda scared to run with them.
Any experience?

I ordered a pair from Best Buy as a gift for my brother on Monday 8/14/2017 and it was in his hands on 8/16/2017.

I run 3+ miles every day, sometimes in 90 degree weather....so lots of sweat. Airpods haven't budged, not even once.....even when i tripped and took a nasty somersault spill, they didn't fall out.

I run daily in the Georgia humidity, so I sweat a TON, and no problems with sweat through eight months.

Also, remember that Apple actually produces their own synthetic sweat as a testing procedure for the AirPods.
