Amazon today has Apple's AirPods 2, AirPods 3 with Lightning Charging Case, and AirPods Pro 2 on sale, with up to $59 in savings on these earbuds. For the AirPods 3, this is the first time we've tracked a discount on the device in about a month.

The AirPods 2 are on sale for $89.00, down from $129.00, and the AirPods 3 with Lightning Charging Case are on sale for $139.99, down from $169.00. This discount on the AirPods 2 isn't quite an all-time low price, but it's still a good deal on the headphones that's about $10 higher compared to the typical record low price.

If you're looking for a Pro model, Amazon also has the AirPods Pro 2 with USB-C on sale for $189.99, down from $249.00. This is another solid second-best price on the AirPods, and similar to the other models it'll arrive between June 4 and June 8, depending on shipping speed.

I really like the AirPods 3. They have the sound quality and call quality of the AirPods Pro but without the noise cancellation and for a much lower price. This is a good price.

I absolutely love the Airpods Pro 2 - - except that they do not fit my ears very well. If they did not perform so very, very well (especially the magical noise cancelation) I would get rid of them. I am hoping that the next generation fits me better. If not, I will have to buy the over-the-ear version.

If anyone would like the AirPods Pro 3 to launch asap, I can go out and buy some AirPods Pro 2....as soon as I take them out of the box the AirPods Pro 3 are certain to be announced 🤔😢😆

Perhaps the EU will do something useful in addition to the USB C rules and ban the sale of these without user-replaceable batteries?

Comply brand aftermarket soft foam tips. You’re welcome.

You can easily replace the battery and perform other repairs; you can replace a whole earbud if necessary.
How do I replace the 11mm drivers? Their site doesn't list the 11mm drivers for sale under the spare parts page. They don't even show it as being repairable in their instructions.

If I damage the battery door from replacing the battery, how do I replace the door?

Very good price for AirPods 2. Good to see discount on AirPods 3 also

I'd love to get a pair of AirPods 3 to replace my AirPods 2, but they just keep on working even five years later.

The battery life isn't amazing anymore, but I use them one ear at a time these days and just swap when necessary, so it's good for my uses.

That being said, it's a shame a deal for the MagSafe version of the AirPods 3 never arises.

The fairbuds aren't all that modular or repairable. When they say repairable what they really mean is you can replace the batteries. While that is a huge deal and to be celebrated, if anything else goes wrong with them you'll have to replace an individual entire earbud more than likely.

That's all most of us care about here I think (if we are being honest)

I'd literally still be using my AirPods 1 from late 2016 if I could have replaced the batteries.

Still have them -- still work perfectly -- but last about 15 minutes (lol!)

Agreed, batteries are the most likely thing to need repair with these earbuds so making that an easy at-home repair is to be championed.

I'd love to see a "Framework" level modular and repairable smartphone and ecosystem of accessories in the future. Obviously we are just in the beginning of this.

Cheapskate me still rocking my 3 year old Beats over the ear buds.

lol makes me think of how AirPods have been out since what, late 2016? This January I got AirPods Pro 2. My first ever AirPods and I chose the slam dunks, nice. Tried AirPods Pro 1 years ago and returned them as I didn’t like the fit. Weird. Plus it was me saying “wired buds = just fine ppl, get a grip”. Plus, it was nice saving all that change all those yrs…not the same of course but reminds me of it….almost 10 yrs since first released to the public and not. A penny spent on AirPods

Apple Care Plus, replace them before it runs out.

What’s the best process/procedure for this?

Side note: really looking forward to seeing what AirPod upgrades are looking like before possibly grabbing a backup for my pro 2 usbc’s!!!!

Ugh pro 2s are so great. Had no idea what I was missing and jumped at the perfect time since now it’s USB.C… jump on those pro 2s ppl!!…

They’re def. worth it. I don’t see how waiting for pro 3 will enhance your existence by THAT much….unless of course they truly do have some rather nice health monitoring features!…go Sox!
