Hi,

I own a pair of AirPods 4. I bought them a year ago and I've been using them regularly since then. A few days ago, I bought a 17 Pro Max to replace my 15. Ever since I started using the Pro Max with the AirPods, the case makes the "Find My" chirping noise several times a day, for no apparent reason. It seems to happen whenever I first touch the case after a period of inactivity. The last three times it happened seem to confirm this:

-Yesterday evening: The AirPods had been sitting in my backpack for several hours. I went to take them out of my backpack before going for a run and the chirping sounded.
-This morning: I'd left the AirPods sitting on a table overnight. I went to grab them off the table and the chirping sounded.
-Just now: They'd been in my backpack again (since around noon today) and I went to grab them, and again, the chirping sounded.

In each of these instances, the AirPods themselves were in the case, and I did not open the case. Opening the case did not stop the alarm. I simply have to wait for it to stop on its own. The case is fully charged.

Why is the alarm going off every time I touch the case after several hours? I checked the Find My app and there is nothing wrong. No alert has been triggered; it just says the AirPods are with me, which they are. This seems to be some kind of software glitch and it's very irritating. Any ideas as to what's going on?
