AirPods 4 With ANC Available for Record Low Price of $138.99 This Weekend

Amazon introduced a significant discount on the AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation a few days ago, and they are still available this weekend for $138.99, down from $179.00. Stock on the AirPods 4 has remained stable the past few days, and the earbuds can still be shipped in time for the Christmas holiday.

Compared to the deal we saw over Black Friday, this weekend's sale is about $25 cheaper than that price. If you are looking for the model without ANC, Amazon has it for $119.00, down from $129.00.



In addition to Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) on this model, the AirPods 4 also feature a redesigned earbud for increased comfort, the H2 chip for improved audio performance, up to 30 hours of battery life, and an IP54 rating for dust, water, and sweat resistance.

Has anyone used theses and the pros? How are the hard plastic tips vs silicon? Asking so I can berate a cheap friend that got them claiming better fit than the pros but we all know he couldn't justify spending a bit more.

The may be a better fit for your friend. I can't wear AirPods Pro... because of the fit, I think the Pros sound worse than my AirPods 2.

A good review that covers what you're asking well at time point 7:33, its the sub bass presence differences that most notice. It's an example that most good in-ear earphones offer over earbud variations. Apple' original $75 in-ear earphones were a lot better sub-bass sounding than the original EarPods they gave away free for years. :)

Damn that's a pretty good deal. I bought them when they were $159.99. Should have waited a bit. These are good for those who feel pressure when using sealed earbuds. I hate that style of earbuds and prefer these open ones any day.

It's a steal. I'm in love with those AirPods.
I also have AirPods Pro 1, never liked them (never liked in-ear tips...)

I got the 4s with ANC today and they fit nicely in my ears like the AirPods 2. I have the AirPods 3, but only use them at home as they wiggle their way out of my ears all the time and end up on the ground. The AirPods 4 do not do this in my few hours of using them. I had the Pros 2 once but returned them as they hurt my ear canal and wouldn’t stay in either. I think the AirPods 4 sound better than the AirPods 2 but not as good as the AirPods 3 for music. The AirPods 4 sound amazing for dialogue, like a podcast and the ability to turn off ANC by just talking is an amazing feature on the 4s. Will I keep the 4s with ANC? Yes.

I had AirPods Pro and I sold them for the Airpods 4 and I am happy with them.

For $30 more you can get the pro. As an owner of both, I would never own the non-pro models again. They are so uncomfortable in the ear and they fall out much more easily.

Good deal. But AirPods Pro 2 are still available at a slightly higher price. Might be better to go for that one. Anyway it is good to see new AirPods getting discount.

I recently moved from AirPods Pro 1 to the AirPods 4 with ANC. The new 4s are a great upgrade in my experience. The ANC is amazing - at least as good as the Pro 1, probably better.

I was gonna come here to say this was US only because this offer isn't showing up in Amazon Canada. I really wish MacRumors would remember that not all of their readers are in the US. Just say it "US only". Done.

In Canada, they are showing as being priced at $248.00 CAD...

I’m staying away from these I have the 3rd generation and they hardly stay in my ears and always ready to fall out so I pick up some Beats Studio buds and man they are the best better design and some of the same features like anc and available in black👍🏻
 
Just bought a 2nd pair

These have become essential kit for my daily walking routines as they provide a perfect mix of "reducing road noise" while still allowing great situational audio awareness and no plug style "thump" when walking (something I'm very susceptible to unfortunately)
