iPhone 14 Pro AirPods connected Dynamic Island

When my AirPods Pro connect to my 14 Pro I don’t see dynamic island animation what’s the issue? Does APP need latest FW? I tried with another AirPods same thing.
 
I’d like to know about this too; I was quite keen on the very nice AirPods animation in the island. Waiting to get my 14PM and AirPods Pro 2nd Gen
