Airpods pro (1 & 2) connection issues

I have airpods pro 1 & 2. They were working without any issues than Rattlegate (Airpods pro Gen1). I could watch movies on my MBP 16 M1P and could receive calls on my iPhone and after the call connect it to the mac again and continue. But, since the latest FW update (5E133), when I connect back to the MBP, it connects but I cant't hear anything. I have to disconnect airpods from the bluetooth (or turn off bluetooth and turn it on again) and connect it again. It happens with both my Airpods. That's why I assume that it is related to the FW. Has anyone experiences the same problem? The scenario is like...

1) Watch a movie on mac (VLC)
2) Switch to iphone to make a call or watch something. (Video on Mac pauses)
3) Come back to Mac and connect airpods to mac again
4) play video.. can't hear any sound. I had to switch off & on bluetooth and connect airpods to hear the sound.

Not quite the same but similar. It's always related to videos, usually in VLC or Youtube/Safari, never to music or podcasts. After a pause (Airpods connected to other device, left bluetooth coverage, put MacBook to sleep) the AirPods Pro 2 often but not always have connection problems, even before FW 5E133.

But with the latest firmware this "spatial audio" problem occurs again while watching Youtube sometimes ...Oh yes, great ... well done Apple, well done!
