Hello all,

so I have the AirPods Pro 2 (bought in June 25) and the AirPods Max (bought in November 24).
The Pro 2 were just exchanged via AC but the issue keeps persisting, funnily on both of my headphones:
The right earpiece of both headphones are louder than the left ones so that the sound, especially the mids and highs are off-balanced towards the right.
This was an Issue with my max for the past half year for sure, the pro 2 just started acting like this a couple of weeks ago. I have AC+ for both of the headphones but just tried exchanging the pro 2 due to this issue- the remote analytics done by the apple technician was of course not showing any issues but they thankfully exchanged anyway.

It is annoying me really, so that I start playing with the balance settings manually.
On my iPhone/iPad setting it to -0.01 is shifting the balance already too much to the left side. On my Mac mini I can reach balance by offsetting the pointer from the middle like this:

I believe its a software/firmware issue- if it was my hearing I would notice such an offset in my daily hearing a lot more and the last hearing tests were not showing any issues.

All the headphones are on latest firmware, my devices are on iOS/iPad/MacOS 18.7 still- I don't see me updating to 26 in the coming weeks yet, but if I knew it would be fixing this, Id update immediately.

I tried resetting the headphones already, more than once, does not help unfortunately.

Anyone else with similar issues with their AirPods? It's so annoying that I am close to not use the AirPods anymore- I don't have any other headphones tho 😢

Thank you in advance
