Hello everyone,
I have been having a lot of problems with my AirPods Pro 2 and was wondering if anyone here knows what I can try to resolve them. I have already taken them to the Apple Store where they said the AirPods passed all their tests and were given back to me.
The first problem: unless I leave the case positioned “just so” only one AirPod charges. Today I have the left one fully charged, the right one is at 1%. This happens a lot. It’s not always they right one that fails to charge - sometimes it’s the left.
Second problem: disconnects/bad quality when connected to my MacBook Pro. I use the AirPods for Google meet at work. Sometimes they just disconnect on their own, sometimes they start to sound almost like I’m at the limit of connection range (almost like I walked away from the computer and hit the connection range limit). Can this be a problem with my computer? If so what is the best way to test this? The only other Bluetooth device that’s connected is to my mbp is a mouse and it never had any problems.
I will try to take them in again but just wanted to see if anyone here knows some possible solutions that I can try from home. Last time I spent almost two hours at the Apple Store just to be sent home haha.
Thanks in advance,
Stas
