A bit of context, i go to a dry sauna 2-3 times per week and have always used my AirPods pros without issues

The AirPods pro and pro 2 do not have this issue, however with the AirPods pro 3 they always turn off.

Same behavior every-time, they turn off after about a minute in the sauna, then reconnect and only the right one reconnects. After another minute the right one shuts down as well

Interesting thing is after the second shutdown the only way to get them back is to put them in the case, and then take them out of the case

Tried this with 2 different AirPods pro 3 and different iPhones as well

I wander if there is some over heating sensor in the new ones that wasn’t in the old ones?

You are bringing an electronic device into air the temperature of boiling water?

Short answer: Don't!!!

AirPods are specified for use in up to 35C, which is understandable for a device that contains electronics and a battery that can do bad things if it gets too hot.
