Airpods Setup Incomplete

Hi All,

As per the title anyone else having this issue?

Long story short Find My toggle was missing in Airpods setting on my iPhone and I had to remove, reset and pair the Airpods again.

Since then its all gone wrong lol

Ive opened case with Apple support and they did remote session. Did screen recording for the engineers to have a look.

Apparently Apple are aware of this issue and currently have no resolution. Might be hardware or software issue.

On a positive note they are sending me brand new set free of charge.
