Airport + 3rd party router - printer

Hi.

I'm trying to set up 2 wireless networks.
I have an AirPort express in bridge mode which is connected to an other router.
Both create a wireless network.
I have a printer connected to AirPort. When trying to configure it shows up both when connected to AirPort wireless network and when wired connected to the other router. But it doesnt when i'm connected via wireless(other router) neither do airport in airport utility.

I own a NETGEAR router.
I've already tried googling for this but nothing worked.
I already tried to connect using a Static IP.

Can you help me?
