I have my airport base station set up with dhcp turned off and I cant access the airport admin utility to change options. How can I set up my wireless network so that I am able to change names, passowords, etc. By the way, dhcp is turned off because airport goes to a wired router. Thanks for the help.

You should be able to access the base station with the administration software whether it's set up for DHCP or manual access.
