AirPort and DC++ Help with Port Mapping!

I have Shakespeer (current version) and I have an AirPort Express. I am trying to make myself an active user but I can't seem to get the thing to reach the port that I have opened. I had it working a week or so ago but not it keeps saying "TCP and/or UDP unreachable." whenever I try to test the port.

Can anyone help?
