I bought the AirPort Card needed to let my old G5 get WiFi about a year ago. It was super simple to install the card. Just order it off of Amazon or something.

This is the one my PPC PowerMac G5 needed: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000899ZB/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Of course, you could also just order a Cat5 cable. I leave my G5 wired most of the time but wanted the airport card so I could use my iPhone as a remote with it. The airport card is only 802.11b so....not really robust enough for most modern day graphic intensive streaming needs. But it's plenty robust enough to use for a remote control signal, check email or use a text based browser.

I already have an Airport Extreme Card in it. I just need an antenna. Kinda stupid that Apple sold the antenna separately.

If you already have the Airport Extreme card installed with the internal antenna cable plugged into it, then all you need is that external antenna.

My G5 which I bought new in 2003 came with the Antenna but not the AirportCard. I managed to hang on to that little Antenna in a bag of random Apple crap through 3 cross country moves.

How do I find the internal antenna cable?

It's a little wire that is inside of all PowerMac G5's. It plugs into the Airport Extreme card, then goes towards the rear of the machine. It may already be plugged into your card. But if it isn't, look around the area where you plug in the Airport Extreme card, you should see two wires attached to the side wall of the machine. One of those wires plugs into the Airport Extreme card. The other wire is designed for use with the Bluetooth module.
