Airport: any broadband degradation?

Thinking about adding AirPort to my DSL line. Will there be any throughput degradation loss?
 
How fast is your DSL? If you have a computer that supports N WiFi and get an N router/access point you should not have issues
 
This is what I have:


Model Name: iMac
Model Identifier: iMac5,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
