I need to receive a new IP from my cable ISP using DHCP, but I do not see any "Renew DHCP Lease" in the Airport Admin Utlity. I am connecting via ethernet. I do not need a new local IP, so renewing my DHCP lease via the Network System Preference pane would do nothing.

How to I make Airport get a new IP with DHCP?

That might be because this needs to be done at your modem rather than your AirPort. It depends on your setup though... My AirPort won't allow me to renew my DHCP lease but my broadband modem (which is also a router) will.
