Airport card problem?

I'm getting abysmally slow wifi speeds on my MBP. I was getting from 20 kb/s-100kb/s when someone next to me (on a macbook) was getting over 1 mb/s. We were both using the same wifi source and downloading from the same link.

We both have IEEE 802.11n enabled and latest drivers.

What do you guys think?
