Airport card was suddenly missed in early 2008 mac pro

Is Mac Pro 2008 's airport card died? or logic board problem?
Mac Pro suddenly show airport card is not installed at menu bar, the system profile also can not find out my airport card?
Reset SMC & PRAM can not solve the problem.

i doubt it could be unseated, so it sounds like an issue with the card itself, might have to have it looked at.

The airport card was ordered follow with Mac Pro, and it worked fine before!
