Hi there.

I have a MacBook Pro purchased in November 2010. Its worked perfectly up until february this year approximately when for some reason when I started up the computer, the right arrow key would be active as if it were being held down. I ensured the key wasn't faulty or stuck and managed to remedy it by closing the lid and reopening it which would make it work as normal. However I don't know if this is related to my main problem...

A few weeks ago, I would be browsing online and I would suddenly have no connection. I'd click on airport in the menu bar which was showing full signal however there would be no check next to any network. Then if I clicked on the network to attempt to reconnect the system would completely crash and would require a complete restart. Couldn't move the mouse, use keys, anything. Often once I've restarted the computer the airport would be turned off by default and when I click to turn it back on it nothing would happen. The computer sometimes gets very hot and once I shut down or restart the system will stall on the white or blue loading screens.

I've done PRAM resets. Removed preferred networks. Removed and made new network locations. Tried other networks and it always does the same thing. Sometimes it will crash after 5 minutes, sometimes after an hour. Doesn't seem to be caused by a specific action or application I'm using. I'm completely baffled. It's under warranty and I live near an Apple Store however its my only computer which I rely on for work and I don't want to risk having to be without it unless absolutely necessary.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does it sound like a hardware or software problem? I have a copy of Leopard so if its software I can do a complete wipe if necessary as a last resort but if someone has a solution or suggestions I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.
