aargh! i've got an ibook with airport and up til now its connected to the interweb fine, but today for some reason it won't let me on! my pc is online fine using the same router (bt voyager) but the mac won't let me online. Clicking on 'internet connections' it says 'BT VOYAGER - CONNECTED' but when i open safari i can't get to any pages. i've not changed anything since last time i used it - i've tried network diagnostics but all it says is to restart the router, but as i'm online right now with the very same router, surely that isn't the problem?!

any advice on this really gratefully recieved!!!!!

thanks in advance

I experienced the same thing...

I have had the exact same experience with my mac. my wife's PC is able to connect to through her airport and I am able to access internet when using a ethernet cable to the same modem, but when I attempt to access through my airport it will not open the browser.

If you found a way to fix the problem please let me know and I will do the same if I figure this thing out.
