Airport Data Transfer Counter

Is there an app on my mbp that will tell me how much data airport is transferring, including averages (ie daily/monthly)? I can't find a third-party app and I was wondering if one came pre-installed. I really need to find out how much data I am using.

the only thing it would have is in activity monitor and then under the network section, but that data is only since the last restart

iStat tells you how much as been transferred since the last start up, so if you write it down everything you reboot your computer, you could add it up to a monthly transfer.
