Airport Disk (MyBook) loses connection randomly

Hello,

I have recently attached a MyBook 500 GB External USB 2.0 HD to my airport extreme for use with my win xp machine and my macbook pro. My problem is when I am attempting to back up a large folder or just at random other times, it will lose the connection and whatever is copying will fail. Has anyone experienced this or is there something I am missing as far as configuration? Thanks for any feedback.

Same here, I have a My Book Pro 500GB that drops out now and then. Only way I have found so far to get it back is to restart the router, which sucks..
