Just loaded xp in bootcamp and everything went good except I cannot find airport or wireless option even in device manager. I do not have the disc that came with my MBP so that option is out. Can anyone give some tips on what to do or look for in Windows so I can get wireless?

The drivers are only distributed on the disc you say you don't have. Your OS X install disc. Can you borrow one from someone else? Visit an Apple Store?
Otherwise you have no recourse but to look for the drivers on the shady side of the internet.
