Recently burned out an Airport Express and replaced it with same. Prior to burnout my older MacBook Pro 15 (2005 version OS 10.6) worked everywhere in the house. (It's now my wife's - I have a new MacBook Pro 15.) With the new Airport Express both my new MacBook and my older little white MacBook work wirelessly everywhere in the house (as does my iPhone 3GS), but my wife's older one gets dropped from wi-fi after about 5 minutes online (except in the room where the Airport Express is). Can't figure it out. No reason Airport card in old MacBook should be faulty.

Anyone have a clue? Or suggestion for corrective action?

Thanks in advance for advice.

ps I don't believe the first Airport burnout has anything to do with this.
