airport estreme & dialup

Not for me but one of my staff. He has a laptop that has a wireless card. He has a G4 tower as well but because of where he lives he can only have dialup. Questions; Can he connect OK through the airport using dialup? and can he go online with the laptop with the wireless card at the same time someone else (his wife) is online with the G4 tower?????? If so help me so I can explain to him how to set it up
