Can I stream internet radio from my MBP to airtunes to my home stereo?

Yeah, so long as the radio plays through iTunes.

You can use Airfoil to stream any audio to your Airport Expresses. Doesn't work too well with video because of the delay... $25 though for something that Apple should build into OSX but still a very good buy; I use it with the BBC radio widget.
