AirPort Express Airtunes multiple speakers

If I get a AirPort Express and use the Airtunes features, can I play the same music at the same time though Airtunes and my MacBook?

yes

in fact you can stream to multiple AE's (and play from your computer)

Yep, you use to have to select one or the other - now it will play both. Very cool feature.
