Airport Express: All Sound Output

Currently, I have my Airport Express setup for streaming music to my stereo speakers, but it's only music through iTunes. Is there anyway to make it so all audio output from my Macbook Pro is sent through the Airport Express stream to the external speakers?

google airfoil. doesn't work perfectly for the audio with video but it works. best solution for other files has been streaming through my ps3 (if you happen to have one).
