Airport Express and BT Openzone

Hi guys,

I have an airport express which i used to connect direct to my modem to share my internet. Now, however, I subscribe to BT Openzone. (which, for those of you not in the UK, is a wireless cloud subscription service).

I think i know the answer but my question is this...

Can i connect my airport express to this and extend it (all wirelessly) without having any admin access to the router providing BT Openzone?
