Airport Express Audio AHEAD of sync!

Hi All, today whilst setting up music to send around the house I noticed the audio was out. This has never happened before, and was always in perfect sync. But now, it sounds as if the Airport Expresses are actually AHEAD of the computer in sync. It's driving me mad! Any fixes or common occurrences?

Mac Mini - Broadcasting
2x Airport Expresses - Receiving.
