Hi Everyone,

I'm a little unfamiliar with the Airport Express Base Station... and have a couple questions. All I really want to do is add wireless printing capability to my wireless network.

I have a pretty basic setup since I'm in a 1 bedroom apartment and its just me and my 1st gen MacBook here. Oh, and my Apple TV. :D

Can I buy the Airport Express and use it with my existing Netgear router? Or will that make things complicated?

Should I just bite the bullet and replace my older Netgear router (which is working just fine), with the Airport Extreme Router Station for the extra $80 above the Express price? Is it worth it? I'd pick the Extreme instead of the Express if I could use the N capabilities, but with a G MacBook, and G Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, it's not really in the cards right now.

Please advise me...

Thank you! :)

That'll be fine.

It doesn't really seem worth it for you at this stage. :)

you might even be able to completely replace your Netgear router with the Airport express, from what you said about your setup, i don't see why not.
